Every year at this time as promoters near season’s end, we field calls about the Workshops, confirming dates and the Workshops schedules.  Often, the best flights, seats and airfares are available in late August and early September and promoters knowing this plan their trips to the Eldorado Hotel Casino Reno. While our agenda is not completed, promoters generally schedule their flights to arrive in Reno Wednesday afternoon (this year, Dec. 1) and plan their departing flight for Sunday (Dec. 5).  The meeting convenes at 9 a.m. sharp Thursday morning (7:30 for continental breakfast and exhibits), December 2, and concludes at 3:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon.  Over the next 15 days, more information, including registration materials, will become available through links on this home page.  Plan ahead now, book your flights early.
