RPM 48 @ Reno A Go!

We hope this finds everyone well,

We recognize that we are a bit behind in sending this out, however the current state of hosting a mass gathering event has been challenging. It is similar to a promoter that "thinks" the inclement weather is going to clear and is deciding whether or not to open the pit gates.

As of this publication to our group of exhibitors, the 48th Annual RPM Workshops in Reno, Nevada is on at The Eldorado Resort at the Row. Here is the link for reservations; https://book.passkey.com/go/RPM4820

There will be a registration for attendees on December 2, with the actual workshops taking place December 3 and 4. The detailed schedule will be released in the coming weeks. We have secured a popular West Coast figure as our "Keynote" speaker which will be announced in this week's newsletter and update.

Behind the scenes, it has been a process to ensure everyone is safe and that the presented regulations are followed.

We would suggest that you review the guidelines, have hand sanitizer and are prepared with facial coverings as the common social distancing guidelines will be practiced.

The exhibitor registration form is included with this e-mail.

Travel across the nation remains reasonable at this time.

One of the primary reasons we have waited is that if we did have to adjust the schedule or postpone, we did not feel it was in our best interest to have to "refund", along with the additional efforts to assemble, therefore we have waited. There seems to be an undercurrent of some individuals, who may not agree with this decision, however it is the decision we made and will stick with.

The "late fees" will be eliminated for registration at this time as we understand the circumstances which we all are currently operating under.

In addition to the working on assembling the conferences, Clint Doll from Firethorn Marketing, along with Josh Holt of MyRacePass and their newly formed partnership, with help from Zachary Skotnicki, collaborated to developed a new website that will launch this week as part of the MyRacePass platform. We have a familiarity with MyRacePass and the format which will make it easier to update and keep all of you informed.

Thank you for your continued patience as we continue to adapt and implement our plans for RPM. As with anything, updates, adjustments and initiating and following through with plans takes time.

Thank you and we hope to see all of you in early December in Reno,

Joe Skotnicki and the Racing Promotion Monthly Family
